MEDIA: For Better? or Worse!

Media has been misquoting Trump from the beginning of his campaign, on purpose, to derail, to make Trump appear in a bad light.  The Media has been as thought they were campaigning for even with, the Democratic Party in all they do.  Echoing their false charges, ‘Fake News’ stories to followers and to deter Trump followers if possible. The bias has been so blatantly obvious a child could tell at times, it was so simplistic and yet many times violent in nature and badgering of Republicans verbally.

The mainstream media is for all intent purposes an arm of the Socialist Progressives, the Democratic Party of today.  This makes Obama’s statement all the more a display of how arrogant they really are.  Fox News not being in the ‘rubber stamp’ club, is simply another victim of Obama, Democratic in ability to accept their unpopularity on a personal basis because of policies, because of Dictatorial actions, expectations  and verbose.  – Admin

ABC News political analyst shocked that Christians didn’t treasure his gift of politicizing the holiday

It’s an amazing disgrace, all right.

I am amazed. It is Christmas Eve, and the lack of civility, compassion, caring by people who claim Christianity is astounding. God Bless

@matthewjdowd exactly the reaction you were trying to get, though.

Not this again: “For a bunch of people who claim to be Christians, you sure don’t live up to my standard of Christian behavior.” It’s been done and done and done already … this week even.

Trump accuses NBC of ‘purposely’ misquoting his nuclear comments

President-elect Trump on Saturday accused NBC News of “purposely” misquoting his call for an expansion of the U.S. nuclear program.

Trump tweeted Thursday that the U.S. “must greatly strengthen and expand its nuclear capability until such time as the world comes to its senses regarding nukes.”

On Saturday, he tweeted: “.@NBCNews purposely left out this part of my nuclear qoute: ‘until such time as the world comes to its senses regarding nukes.’ Dishonest!”

Obama Blames Fox News For Backlash Against Him

Phillip Stucky

President Barack Obama said Fox News is to blame for his negative approval numbers among Republicans during a Monday interview with CNN Host David Axelrod.

Obama and the Democrats had a positive view of the nation, but, according to Obama, voters rejected that vision because of the negative influence of cable news network Fox News.

“Now, I would argue that during the entire eight years that I’ve been president, that spirit of America has still been there in all sorts of ways. It manifests itself in communities all across the country,” Obama told Axelrod.
“We see it in this younger generation that is smarter, more tolerant, more innovative, more creative, more entrepreneurial, would not even think about, you know, discriminating somebody against for example because of their sexual orientation. You know, all those things that I describe, you’re seeing in our society, particularly among 20-year-olds, 30-year-olds,” Obama said.
“But what I think we also saw is that the — the resistance to that vision of America, which has always been there, was always powerful, mobilized and asserted itself powerfully,” Obama asserted. “Now, I would argue that in part, very cynically, somebody like a Mitch McConnell or Roger Ailes at Fox News I think specifically mobilized a backlash to this vision in order to accomplish pretty routine, commercial or power … “
Axelrod then interrupted Obama to ask if McConnell’s opposition was really because he knew Obama figured out how to fix the country.
“It would’ve validated this vision and it would’ve reinforced it and — and it would have, I think, consolidated itself for a generation or two. And so Mitch McConnell’s insight, which I’ve — I’ve said, just from a pure tactical perspective, was pretty smart and well executed, the degree of discipline that he was able to impose on his caucus was impressive,” Obama asserted during his interview. “His insight was that we just have to say no to that.”
Obama then ceded that Republicans won seats in the House and the Senate during the course of his term in the White House, but that such gains were purely the result of McConnell and Ailes’ political maneuverings, not out of any bad feelings about his policies or the way he pursued them.
Obama campaigned heavily during the course of the 2016 election on behalf of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, but Trump campaigned against nearly all of Obama’s policies, including the Affordable Care Act, as well as Obama’s stance on immigration.

WHOOPS: The Media Tries Attacking Trump, But Instead Puts Obama In The Crosshairs

Joe Saunders

Americans aren’t so easily fooled …

This is one glass house the liberals should avoid.

Less than two months after being elected and a month before being sworn into office, President-elect Donald Trump is taking potshots from the mainstream media for failing to accomplish something Barack Obama hasn’t come close to in the entire time he’s been in office.

But thanks to conservatives on social media, the latest attack is backfiring badly.

In a manufactured slam this week, USA Today reported that, according to the USA Today/Suffolk University poll, Trump has made no progress uniting the country, despite winning the presidency more than a month ago, and being the official president-elect for almost one whole week.

Granted, an ordinary mortal might be excused for failing to gather a bitterly divided country, made up of 320 million-odd individuals, each with their own moral agency, into one united front in the less than 60 days Trump has had to work with since Hillary Clinton conceded the election.

But clearly USA Today – as insipid example of the mainstream media as can be found outside The New York Times editorial board offices – has a higher standard for the Republican president-elect. And it’s certainly higher than the standard for the man who now holds the title.

The headline of the “news story” was “Poll: Trump has not yet made progress in uniting USA/.”
